Late Appointments:

  • An appointment that is more than 20 minutes late may be asked to wait for the next available opening or may be asked to reschedule.
  • After repeated late appointments a $25 fee will be applied to the client’s account.

No-Show Appointments:

Veterinary scheduled are uniformly full, with many pets needing care.

  • A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged for no-show appointments.
  • Failure to cancel at least 2 hours prior to a schedule appointment time is considered a no-show appointment.
  • An appointment that is more than 30 minutes late is considered to be a no-show appointment. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be asked to reschedule.
  • After a first no-show appointment, we will advise of policy verbally, email a copy of the policy, and charge $50.
  • After a second no-show appointment, we will mail a written copy of our policy and charge $50.
  • After a third no-show appointment, having been advised verbally and in writing, we will no longer be able to offer veterinary services for your pet(s).
