Online Pharmacy

We understand that it’s not always easy to make a trip to our office to get your medication refills when you need them. So we decided to launch our own Online Pharmacy. Our pharmacy offers convenient home delivery on a schedule you choose, and most items can be set to Autoship so you never run out. From preventatives to prescription diets, we have what you need!

Pet Photo Submissions

We love seeing pictures of your pets, and we’d like to help you show them off! If you’d like to have your pet featured in our clinic’s gallery, you can submit pictures of them with our Pet Photo Submissions form to be displayed on our slideshow in the lobby. If you have any photos of your pet during their visit at our office, submit them with the same form to be featured on our Facebook page!

We do our best to give our patients as much quality time during their appointments as we can give. To do this with every patient, we respectfully request our clients give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change appointments, and to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

Late Appointments:

  • An appointment that is more than 20 minutes late may be asked to wait for the next available opening or may be asked to reschedule.
  • After repeated late appointments a $25 fee will be applied to the client’s account.

No-Show Appointments:

Veterinary scheduled are uniformly full, with many pets needing care.

  • An appointment that is more than 30 minutes late is considered to be a no- show appointment. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be asked to reschedule.
  • After a first no-show we will advise of policy verbally.
  • After a second no-show appointment we will mail a written copy of our policy.
  • After a third no-show appointment having been advised verbally and in writing, we will no longer be able to offer veterinary services for your pet(s).
